Is Ochocinco Going To Jail For Unpaid Child Support?

According to Andrea Pearson, the mother of Chad’s 2 year old son, Chad has failed to pay his child support bill of $5,250 on October 15th and has consistently been late paying previous months. Pearson has filed her complaint with a Miami family court and wants a judge to force Ochocinco to make his delinquent support payments or face jail time, saying she is unable to care for the child alone.

According to TMZ, Chad’s lawyers had no comment and sources close to Chad tell TMZ, he has always provided for his kid, including buying the mother a home.
