If there is one thing Diddy knows how to do it’s how to make money. In a time where music television is lacking, Diddy has picked up the slack by launching his own cable channel, REVOLT TV.
 Â
The mogul made the announcement today describing REVOLT TV as a revolution in music and television. “I had a dream that one day I would get a chance, an opportunity to show my perspective coming from a musical standpoint,”  says Diddy. The channel was picked up by Comcast and will fuse music, television and social media. Diddy promises that the channel will allow artists to showcase their art how they see fit, raw & uncensored.Â
 Â
Also launching a TV channel on Comcast is Magic Johnson. While Diddy plans to rival MTV, Magic’s channel will rival BET. Magic has named his channel  ASPIRE and it will be a 24 hour inspirational, uplifting and positive channel for African Americans. “This is big for myself, for the African American community and the African American creative community. I wanted a vehicle to show positive images and to have stories written, produced and directed by African Americans for our community. Aspire — that’s how I’ve been leading my life.”Â
