Shakira Attacked By Sea Lion In South Africa

Did you hear about Shakira being attacked? By a Sea Lion? Don’t worry, she escaped with just a mere scrape on her hand thanks to her brother who rescued her from the crazed animal.

Apparently during a visit to South Africa, Shakira decided to enjoy some sun on the beach where she saw a family of Sea Lion.  She reached over to pet a sea lion while also trying to take a picture from her blackberry. Turns out the Sea Lion was Team iPhone! She says the sea lion jumped up, roared furiously and tried to bite her. Yikes! I’m glad Shakira is okay, you won’t catch me getting near anything with the word “LION” in it!
