A Beverly Hills urologist by the name of James Elist, M.D. has begun offering penis implants to any man that has the extra money and desires to enlarge their member.
He is the first doctor to successfully implement this, and has dubbed the silicone implant “The Penuma”. He is offering three different sizes: Large, Extra-Large, and Extra-Extra Large, which makes sense considering no one wants a size small, or a size medium for that matter. Go big or go home, right?
It’s a quick surgery and takes no more than 45 minutes to complete. The penis addition is also permanent and undetectable.
The procedure costs $13,000 but puts men out of commission for four months, which I guess for those lacking is a small price to pay for happiness. According to Elist’s interview in GQ magazine, he boasts a 95% success rate, and says he has completed about 1300 implants thus far.
One of the 1300 patients is extremely happy about his implant, and told GQ his XL Penuma has turned him into a sexual maniac. He and his wife now have sex four/five times a week.
Another says that his erections went from 6.5 inches, to 8.5 inches, “gave me this crazy amount of stamina. Like, I can go for two hours. And I have more control over my orgasms. I mean, I can be going like a Mack truck and still hold back,” he said.
