Former New Jersey Nets Baller, Jayson Williams, is known to stay in trouble. After serving 18 months in prison in 2010 for accidentally shooting and killing a limo driver in 2002, he is back on the wrong side of the law.Â
Williams was arrested in Delaware on the night of January 26 when he hit a utility pole along a road. The Sullivan County Sheriff’s department says that Williams was driving while intoxicated. Williams, on the other hand, says he swerved to avoid hitting a deer. However, his failed sobriety test and slurred speech determined that was a lie.Â
This isn’t the first time Williams has been charged with a DWI. 8 of the months he spent in prison in 2010 were due to a DWI incident in which he was driving drunk and hit a tree. He  also received a $16,433 fine for damaging the tree.
In fact, Williams’ arrests in 1992, April 2009 and May 2009 all included the Baller being intoxicated. If it wasn’t clear before, it is apparent now that he definitely has a drinking problem.
