As previously reported, Love and Hip Hop NY hubby, Mendeecees Harris, was asked to turn himself in to Allenwood Low federal prison in Pennsylvania by 2pm EST. According to reports, he did just as he was told.
Mendeecees will begin serving his 8 year sentence at the minimum security facility, which is a roughly 4 hour drive from his home. It’s not all bad though. Mendeecees will be able to watch television with the other inmates, and the food menu is something new every day for 8 weeks.
Mendeecees took to Instagram earlier today to say his goodbyes to his fans and family. He also promises to keep fans updated through his brother who will now be running his Instagram page.
