Contrary to what Von Miller believes, the woman in his sex tape did not keep it to extort him, she just uses it for her visual and physical pleasure.
Elizabeth Ruiz and Denver Broncos star Von Miller recorded a sex tape while vacationing in Cancun back in June. It was Von’s idea but now he believes she’s using the tape to scheme him out of $2.5 Million.
“While we were having sex, he was like, ‘we should probably record this,'” Ruiz tells TMZ. “I finally gave in and pulled out my phone and recorded it. Everything was consensual.”
Ruiz says that after their Cancun trip, Von asked her to send her the sex tape they recorded. She says she declined because Von also recorded clips on his phone and she felt he already had enough footage. Ruiz maintains that she was never asked to delete the footage.
A few weeks ago, Miller filed legal docs to block Ruiz from releasing the footage, claiming that the former fling was trying to extort him. According to Ruiz, that’s a complete lie. She says she never attempted to get an exact figure from Von. She does admit that she had her attorney contact Von regarding the tape, and it was Von’s legal team that threw out the initial settlement amount. Ruiz’s attorney then counter offered with the $2.5 million.
When asked why she didn’t delete the footage, Ruiz said, “Well, because I used it to play with myself.”
Fair enough.
