Laura Govan may be gunning to take custody away from her ex, Gilbert Arenas, following a stunt he pulled.
Gilbert Arenas posted a 15 second video of himself driving a Polaris Slingshot with his and Laura’s 8-year-old son, Alijah, on the hood of the moving vehicle. Though it seems all in good fun, one could argue that this was reckless endangerment.
Laura’s lawyers have contacted Arenas to let him know that they want to make a few changes in their custody agreement due to Gilbert’s behavior. Laura, who has primary physical custody, intends to go to court and ask the judge to significantly reduce Gilbert’s visitation. She also wants the judge to impose safeguards so the kids aren’t put in dangerous situations. “This is just the straw that broke the camel’s back. He’s done many other things.” a source tells TMZ.
Gilbert has since removed the video in question, as well as a majority of his posts on Instagram, but is it too little too late?
