“Why Did I Get Married” star, Tasha Smith, was involved in the marriage from hell. Tasha Smith and Keith (Rory) Douglas wed in 2010. Back in April we reported that the actress filed for divorce in December 2014 and ended up having to pay him $7,000 a month in spousal support. Apparently Smith’s husband, Keith Douglas, was a gold digger who managed to swindle upwards of $50,000 out of her.
The con doesn’t stop there, however. Keith Douglas had a life he secretly withheld from Smith. According to reports, Douglas had been married 5 times prior to Smith and even had multiple children. He also has a criminal record and has neglected to pay his taxes for years. Tasha Smith knew about none of this. In fact, Douglas told Tasha that he was a preacher and a man of God.
Tasha Smith says that she would have never married her fraud of a husband had she known all of this before. The court’s agreed and granted her an annulment. Smith posted the joy of her annulment on her Instagram page.
