Rapper Kodak Black is accused in a police report of assaulting a bartender at a Miami strip club, according to the Sun Sentinel, which obtained the report. The incident allegedly happened around 3 a.m. on February 2 at Club Climaxx, and the report was filed the same day.

The bartender, a 34 year old woman named Jennifer, told police that Kodak approached her and “started acting belligerent.” She says that after she told him to leave her alone, he hit her in the forehead with his arm, and that when she pushed him away, he punched her several times and kicked her before stopping. The offense is listed in the report as misdemeanor battery.

According to the Sun Sentinel, no criminal charges have been filed, and the allegation has not been proven. Representatives for Kodak Black did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The accusation comes while Kodak is already behind bars for allegedly violating the terms of his house arrest. The Florida Department of Corrections reportedly added the incident to its list of alleged violations, and he is scheduled for a final violation hearing on April 19, which will decide whether he is released or stays in jail. He also faces a separate criminal sexual conduct charge in South Carolina.
