According to Pete Carroll, the Seattle Seahawks may have some interest in Colin Kaepernick.
Carroll said Monday that both Colin Kaepernick and Robert Griffen III are among the list of backup quarterback the Seahawks are exploring.
“We’re looking at everybody. We really are,” Carroll said. “We’ve been tracking everything that’s going on, and we’ve got cap and roster issues and stuff like that that we’re still trying to manage properly. But quite frankly, yes, we are looking at all those guys.”
The fact that a team is showing interest is good, but considering Russell Wilson has not missed a start in his NFL career, is there any promise of play time for whichever backup QB the Hawks choose?
