The suit alleges Usher had encounters outside his marriage at least twice this year. According to TMZ, sources close to the couple say Grace is standing by her husband of two years. The claims are allegations only and have not been proven in court.
TMZ also reports that the woman, who is seeking $20 million, has a history with the singer. Its sources say she was a friend of his ex wife, Tameka Foster, and attended their 2007 wedding.
