On Friday, DMX showed up to his bail hearing to discuss the conditions of his bail, in the wake of his recent arrest on 14 counts of tax evasion.

In addition to showing up 30 minutes late, TMZ reports that the rapper failed four drug tests for weed and cocaine and went out of town, which are two conditions of his bail. However, DMX still managed to avoid jail time.

According to TMZ, the judge put the rapper on house arrest with an ankle bracelet. He then told DMX that he can’t even leave the house to mow the lawn.
