Relationships may end, but the diamonds last forever. At least that’s what Evelyn Lozada seems to think about the 14.5 carat diamond ring that she’s refusing to give back to her ex-fiancée, Carl Crawford.
The ex-MLB superstar proposed to Lozada back in 2013, but three weeks ago, when the two were expected to tie the knot, Lozada called it quits after becoming suspicious about Crawford’s fidelity.
Legally speaking, Lozada is supposed to give the ring back, since engagement rings are deemed as conditional gifts in the state of California.
However, Lozada has no intentions on giving the ring back and doesn’t believe that Crawford will put up much of a fight about it.
