Remember back in August when former boxer, Sugar Shane Mosley said that his wife, Jin was technically married to another man at the same time she was married to him? Well, Jin wasn’t here for his shenanigans so she has threatened Mosley with a lawsuit.
Jin Sheehan said that her divorce from her previous husband was granted in September 2002 and Shane knew that when they got hitched in November 2002. Shane Mosely is alleging that his marriage to Jin was a sham from the start since his lawyers obtained a NY State Certificate of Dissolution of Marriage for Jin dated September of 2006 — four years into their marriage. Jin says Sanjay Dwivedi, her previous husband, was granted a second divorce judgment in 2006 for unknown reasons and Shane had it all confused. She claims that Shane has even seen the official documentation showing the divorce was granted in 2002 so he should have known.
Jin is now suing Shane Mosley for defamation after she said he ruined her reputation.
