Well, it looks like MAC Cosmetics has done it again with a highly anticipated collection. Last year, MAC announced their Selena Quintanilla-Pérez collection after thousands of fans signed a petition. The Aaliyah collection is going to be one of the most talked about collaborations since the sold out Selena and Marilyn Monroe Collection.
On Thursday, August 24th, the cosmetic company announced on their Instagram that the collection will make its debut Summer 2018.
“Aaliyah is truly one in a million — an unstoppable icon whose groundbreaking work in R&B music and film inspires us all. Today we join her countless fans in celebrating her with the announcement of the M·A·C Aaliyah collection. You made it happen! Stay tuned in 2018.”
Fans are definitely excited about this collaboration. We can expect some reds, nudes, and glosses. Aaliyah didn’t do the bold and vibrant colors but her lips stayed popping with natural shades.
