The attorney for Quantasia, who accuses Usher in a herpes lawsuit, says no recording of the two of them exists, after Quantasia said otherwise in an interview.
In an interview with Miss Jacob on Tuesday, Quantasia said a video of her and the singer had been made and that he knew about it. Her attorney, Lisa Bloom, told TMZ the statement was a misunderstanding. Bloom confirmed that no such tape exists.
Bloom still believes hotel surveillance footage may show Quantasia and Usher together. Usher has denied the allegations, and none of the claims have been proven.
