One day after Blac Chyna filed legal documents against members of the Kardashian family, representatives for Rob Kardashian are disputing her claims, according to TMZ.
Chyna’s filing accuses the family of interfering with her reality show. She also alleges battery, claiming Rob knocked her to the ground and hit her during an incident in April.
TMZ reports that unnamed sources on the Kardashian side say Chyna was the aggressor that day. According to those sources, Rob spoke to her about her behavior and things escalated the next morning, with Chyna hitting him and throwing things. The sources say Rob defended himself but maintains he never hit her.
TMZ also reports that the family’s lawyer says they have evidence and witness statements supporting their version of events.
These are claims from one side of a legal dispute and none of them have been proven. Chyna’s filing tells a very different story, and both sides are expected to make their case.
