The lawsuit against Usher took another turn this week. According to TMZ, Quantasia, the woman who filed the original suit, has been trying to bring in another woman identified in court papers only as Jane Doe, and Doe is fighting it.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Doe says she does not want to take part in the case. She argues that a deposition would be an invasion of her privacy and that it would only serve to humiliate her. She also says private information about her was obtained and shared without her permission.
