Sylvester Stallone is the latest Hollywood hotshot to be accused of sexual harassment or assault. Back in the late 1980s, Stallone was accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in Las Vegas.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
According to a police report obtained by Daily Mail, the actor, who was reportedly 40 at the time of the incident, was accused of intimidating the young girl into having a threesome with him and his bodyguard. At the time, the young girl said she had sex with Stallone, but he then invited Michael De Luca, who was shot and killed by police in 2013, to join in, which made the young girl “very uncomfortable,” but she reportedly felt like she had “no choice.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀
She said she met both men while Stallone was filming in Vegas. She met Stallone first, and the bodyguard the next day, who reportedly asked the teen what she would do if Stallone made a pass at her. To which she replied, “make a pass back at him.” The bodyguard then reportedly gave the girl two room keys. When she went up, she met both men and then went into the bedroom with Stallone. The two had sex and then he reportedly asked her if she ever had sex with two men at once, to which she replied no, prompting Stallone to invite in De Luca. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The publication confirmed with the detective sergeant that was on the case at the time that the police report was real. She claimed the two men forced her to give them oral, once while being penetrated.
However, the girl claimed she kept quiet because the actor threatened to “beat her head in” if she spilled. Although she later filed the report after a hotel employee told police of the crime, she decided not to pursue charges at the time because she was “humiliated and ashamed.”
According to Daily Mail, the report was filed just one year before the actor’s half-sister threatened to file a lawsuit against him, claiming he had raped and sexually assaulted her for years. However, Stallone denied those claims but agreed to pay her off.
Since this 1986 report has surfaced, Stallone has denied the allegations. A spokesperson for the actor says, “This is a ridiculous, categorically false story.”
“No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone,” Michelle Bega told TMZ. “At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”
“It never happened,” she added.
