When you find out your wife is banging a baller, there are only three things you can do: Shoot the fair one, move on or file a lawsuit. Joshua Jeffords of North Carolina chose the latter.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
According to TMZ, Jeffords filed a suit against Philadelphia Eagles star #FletcherCox after he found out Cox had been smashing his wife. In the suit, Jeffords says he has proof that Cox came on to his wife and got the drawls back in April, while she was on a work trip in Philly.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However, Jeffords says Cox’s disrespect didn’t end there, the two reportedly continued their relationship through text. In the suit, Jeffords says the baller sent his wife an explicit photo of his eggplant on Snapchat. Afterwards, through text, he reportedly told the woman that he wanted her to have his baby.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“I want to get you pregnant,” one text message read. “You ain’t gone be no damn single mom,” another said. Jeffords collected all of the evidence to prove Cox is liable for “alienation of affection.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
According to the publication, Alienation of Affection is a suable offense in North Carolina, if you can prove that you and your spouse were genuinely in love. You must also prove that the love was alienated and destroyed by malicious acts of a third party, which is assumed if there is proof of sex.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Jeffords believes Cox has singlehandedly ruined his marriage, especially since his wife blocked him on Instagram. As a result, he is demanding more than $25,000.
