Issa Rae is killing it, as she continues to produce and provide content to represent the culture. From her HBO hit series, “Insecure,” which focuses on the struggles and triumphs of an awkward black girl in Los Angeles to two brand new series that have been picked up by the network.

According to Deadline, as part of Rae’s 2016 first look producing deal with the network, Rae, along side former ‘Daily Show’ writer, Travon Free, will be producing a new comedy, titled, “Him or Her.” The show will be produced as a single camera, half-hour series about the dating life of a bisexual black man. Free will serve as the writer for the series while Deniese Davis will executive produce, alongside Rae.

As for Rae’s other project, titled, “Sweet Life,” which will be set in the Black Beverly Hills of Windsor Hills, the one-hour drama will tell the story of a few teens growing up in the neighborhood. For this show, Rae will be working with ‘Scandal’s’ Raamla Mohamed to write and executive produce the series.
