Two months after coming to a custody agreement with his estranged wife, Jesse Williams is heading back to court to request joint physical custody of his children.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Williams says his wife, Aryn Drake-Lee has been tarnishing his relationship with their 4-year-old Sadie and 2-year-old Maceo. He says Aryn tried to limit the time he spent with his kids on Christmas Eve, despite their November overnight agreement deal.
Williams has even accused his wife of cutting his Facetime contact with his children. He says she never returns his calls, and if she does, Williams is restricted to only 2 minutes of call time.
Now, Williams wants a regular schedule set in stone. He is requesting two weekdays with his children in a new custody agreement.
