-Just two months after Jennifer Hudson filed a domestic violence report against her ex-fiance David Otunga, officials have cleared him of any wrongdoing.
According to TMZ, the recent development in the case stemmed from a November incident where Hudson claimed Otunga got aggressive with her. She said her ex got angry, grabbed their son and shoved her out of their bedroom.
Following the incident, Hudson filed a criminal report and was granted a temporary restraining order against Otunga, which in turn prompted a custody battle between the two. However, since then, officials have ended their investigation into the alleged domestic assault.

As a result, Otunga will not be charged with domestic battery. Case closed.
