Woman Alleges That She Was Raped by Actor Steven Seagal in His Beverly Hills Home

According to The Wrap, actor Steven Seagal is in hot water after an extra from the 1994 film, ‘On Deadly Ground’, has come forth with an allegation that the 65-year-old raped her in his Beverly Hills home around the time of production.

In 1993, Regina Simons was an 18-year-old acting hopeful when she first met the “Hard to Kill” actor.⠀⠀⠀⠀

The two initially met at the open casting call for the film, which she recalls him being flirty there as well. Allegedly, he offered her a massage and began caressing her hands and neck after she’d made complaints about a headache.

However, weeks after the production was over, Seagal invited her to the film’s wrap party at his home. But, when she got there, there was no sign of any sort of celebration. Seagal then alleged that everyone else had already come and gone.

She says that’s when he became a little too aggressive, he took her into one of his rooms and closed the door and started kissing her.

“He took my clothes off, and before I knew it, he was on top of me, raping me. People always talk about fight-or-flight. But, no one talks about the freeze,” she admits.

Simons also told The Wrap that, at the time, she was still a virgin and remembers being in pain and crying uncontrollably.

“The only way I’m able to describe it is… I literally felt like I left my body,” she recalls.

When the horrific events ended, Seagal allegedly offered her money, but Simons declined, grabbed her belongings and headed for the door.

Now 43, Simons says the traumatic encounter has even affected her in her adult life. Last August, she was diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

As for Seagal, The Wrap has tried to reach out to him for a response, but, so far, he remains unreachable.
