Stop Trying To Imitate Someone Else’s Style, Just Be Yourself

The most annoying thing ever is to put your hard work into something whether it’s your style, brand, or business, and then have someone literally copy what you’ve worked so hard on. It seems that it’s easier for people to impersonate others than creating your own lane for success.

We have all heard the saying, “Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.” I believe that’s a load of crap. No matter what it is that you do for you or your business, it was your idea, your time, and effort that got you where you are. It’s literally a slap in the face to have someone try and take that away.

The time and effort that was put into copying, could have been used to create something new and original. Why waste your talents? We are all creative in our own way, so why not use it.

The person that’s being copied will not find it amusing at all. They are more so aggravated that someone would try and duplicate what have already established. Just remember, they are not as creative as you because you can create a different avenue, they cannot.

Just be yourself. No need to imitate anyone. We are all unique and talented in our own way.
