After two small wins in #MeekMill’s fight for justice, the Philly-bred rapper has been hit with a major loss in the case.
Last week, a judge ordered for the release of documents that Meek’s team claimed to prove Judge Genece Brinkley was biased when sentencing him for violating probation.

However, since then, TMZ has obtained a copy of the recently released court transcript, and it does not back up that claim.

According to the publication, Meek’s legal team has maintained that Brinkley had a series of requests for the rapper, concerning his music career. The lawyers said Brinkley asked for a shout-out on a Boyz II Men reference, suggested he work with one of her Philly friends and dump his Roc Nation management, among other inappropriate actions that led to her harsh sentence.

But now, in documents obtained by TMZ, Meek’s probation officer was the one suggesting Meek look into working with Brinkley’s friend, Charlie Mack, as the officer believed Mack would be a good influence on the rapper.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“What I like about Charlie, he is not invested in Meek Mills. He is invested in Robert Williams [Meek’s real name],” the probation officer was quoted saying. Meanwhile, the judge distanced herself from the suggestion, saying she didn’t want “the record to suggest who your management is or is not.”
