Nelly Accused Of Sexual Assault By Another Woman After She Says He Put His Hand Up Her Dress Without Permission

In addition to Nelly’s new criminal investigation in England, the rapper has also been hit with new allegations of sexual assault, this time from a member of the U.S. military.

According to the @blast, the incident occurred back in 2016, while the woman, who has been listed as Jane Doe, was stationed in the United Kingdom.

In documents obtained by the publication, the woman says she bought VIP tickets to Nelly’s June 9th concert in Birmingham as part of his “The Fix” tour. According to Jane Doe, when she arrived to the VIP area, the rapper reportedly “suggested that they move back to another smaller VIP room.”

The two then spent another two hours together, and “had a very nice time” until he propositioned her for sex, which left her “disappointed in him and disgusted.”

According to the @blast, Jane says Nelly also inquired about her relationship status, asking if she had a “boo,” despite the fact that she had been wearing a wedding ring. In fact, she said she had already told him about her “military life, family” so “he already knew” that she was married.

But, according to Jane Doe, that didn’t stop the rapper. In the documents obtained by the publication, Jane says Nelly then touched her leg, “rubbed it and put his hand up” her dress without her permission, which she described as sexual assault.

Luckily, Jane is a “well-trained member of the U.S. military” and was able to firmly remove Nelly’s hand from under her skirt and push “it back down to the side of his leg.” However, things got even worse when she tried to leave.

According to the woman, Nelly stopped her from opening the door and leaving the room, but she was able to escape when security came in to check on the two. Therefore, Nelly “didn’t get the chance to violate her further, his actions were reprehensible.”
