Chicago rapper G Herbo was arrested and charged following a traffic stop in the city’s South Loop neighborhood, according to reports.
Reports say the rapper and two other men were pulled over on the first block of East Roosevelt Road at about 10:35 in the evening. Police reportedly found a loaded gun on each of the three men in the vehicle.
G Herbo, along with two men identified as Deavonte and Marchello, was charged with a felony count of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in a vehicle. The three were expected to appear in bond court the same day.
These are charges, not convictions, and all three men are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. We have not seen a public response from G Herbo at the time of this report.
