Lil Wayne is going back to court and accusing Birdman of refusing to turn over Nicki Minaj and Drake’s contracts, in addition to documents that show exactly how much money the three of them made for Cash Money/Young Money.
On February 21, Wayne filed a motion to have Birdman turn over documents that show how much he’s made for the label between 2001 and now. The more than 100,000 papers that Birdman did turn in, Wayne says don’t fully show all the financial details of his account with the label.
Cash Money claims the company has earned over $200 million in income, yet there are no records of accounting, general ledger, bank account records or tax returns at all.

Because of this, Weezy now wants Birdman to fulfill his court order and hand in the appropriate documents. Otherwise, he’d like for Birdman to admit to evading his responsibilities as a taxpayer.

There is no ruling on the motion yet.
