Former NFL lineman Roy Miller is facing a divorce filing from his wife, four months after his domestic violence arrest in Florida.
According to TMZ, Miller’s wife filed for divorce and also obtained a temporary restraining order over an alleged attack in November. In the court documents, she claims Miller pulled hair out of her head in front of their child. She also claims he drinks excessively, which she says affects his ability to parent, and that he withdrew more than $400,000 from their joint bank account.
Miller has denied the allegations. He filed his own court documents responding to her claims.
Miller was arrested on a domestic violence charge in Florida in November, and the Kansas City Chiefs released him later that month. The case is expected back in court later this year. The allegations have not been proven.
