On Friday, news surfaced about Tyga being in another financial situation when Simon Cowell’s Make-Up artist Mezhgan Hussainy claimed the rapper stopped paying rent in January and hadn’t tried to catch up.

Due to not paying the $40K a month in rent, Hussainy filed a lawsuit against the rapper. Apparently in the lawsuit, Tyga and Blac Chyna’s son, King Cairo is listed as a defendant since he was added to the lease upon signing it.

However, since then, Tyga says that is not the case. In a comment on Baller Alert, the rapper said, “This is false. (1) I just bought a new house, that’s currently in escrow. (2) The owner I leased from still has my $80K security deposit & has been paid to date. (3) I would never put my son in a contract.”
