Just one month after the two seemingly buried the hatchet in their longstanding custody battle, it appears Nas and Kelis are at it again.
In new court documents obtained by the @Blast, Nas claims his ex-wife has already dishonored their custody schedule for their son and as a result, he wants her to be penalized for doing so.
The two recently agreed to split custody for the Holidays, where Nas would get custody for some Holidays and Kelis would get custody for the others. But, things took a turn for the worse when Nas tried to hold up his end of the deal and pick up his son for Easter.

”When I arrived at Kelis’ house, she immediately began screaming at me, telling me that I could not take our son. She was so irate I did not know what to do,” the rapper said of his Good Friday interaction with Kelis.

According to the publication, the singer was adamant about spending time with her son for Passover, but she failed to make the arrangements with Nas. So, when he went to pick up his son on Good Friday, things went downhill. Not only did Kelis withhold their child during his scheduled time, but she also claimed their custody agreement is just a “guideline” that she does not have to follow.

In fact, the rapper included text messages from the singer to prove his claims.

“The agreement we both agreed on is a guideline nothing more,” Kelis reportedly wrote in the messages. “You said and I quote ‘we can make it whatever we need and talk about it I just want something on paper’ end quote.”

As the conversation continued, Nas threatened legal action, which the songstress responded saying, ”Take me dummy. Take me. Have you not seen I’m not afraid of you anymore!!! … I will not be intimidated by you and we are going to court anyway.”

As a result, Nas wants an order in place to force Kelis to abide by the schedule. He also wants his ex to be sanctioned for her violation.
