After a longstanding divorce battle, the actress will be granted primary custody of their one-year-old daughter, Ella Grace Pulliam-Hartwell.

The settlement comes two years after the news of the couple’s split. At the time, Pulliam had just announced her pregnancy, and Hartwell had filed for divorce just days later. The two fired shots at one another, claiming infidelity on both parts. But in the end, Pulliam won in their split, as the divorce was granted on grounds of adultery and cruel treatment, TMZ reports. Pulliam’s counsel also argued that Hartwell is on medication that compromises his ability to make decisions for baby Ella.

As a result, according to TMZ, Pulliam will receive primary custody and Hartwell will have to fork over $3,007 a month in child support.
