Tristan Thompson Breaks His Social Media Silence To Highlight Cavs’ Game 7 Win After Big, First Start Of The Series

After Sunday’s Game 7 win over the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals of the 2018 NBA Playoffs, #TristanThompson took to Instagram for the first time since his cheating scandal to highlight the Cleveland Cavaliers’ success.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

“WHAT AN ATMOSPHERE IN THE Q!! GREAT WIN #OnToTheNextOne,” Tristan wrote underneath a photo of himself on the court at the Quicken Loans Arena.

Earlier this month, Thompson was exposed for cheating throughout Khloe Kardashian’s pregnancy. Initially, he was caught cozying up with a New York Instagram model, but almost immediately after the news broke, TMZ released surveillance footage of the baller motorboating random women just months before. Amid the cheating drama, Thompson had also been stinking it up on the court, which led to him being benched for most of the first round.

But, on Sunday, Thompson got his first start of the series and went off as the team took on the Indiana Pacers in a final match-up after losing the series lead in Game 6.

With 6 points and 7 rebounds in the first quarter, finishing with 15 points and 10 rebounds, Thompson, with the help of the greatest player in the world, made all the difference in the Cavs’ 105-101 victory over the Pacers.

Although he has broken his social media silence though, tension in his home is still very thick, as sources say the relationship still isn’t “in a good place.”

“Khloe and Tristan continuing as a couple isn’t a sure thing,” sources tell ET. “Khloe is still upset over everything that came to light regarding Tristan and is taking time to enjoy being a new mom before deciding the future for her relationship.” A decision still has yet to be made.
