Last month, #KeshiaKnightPulliam won primary custody of her one-year-old daughter with former NFL linebacker #EdHartwell.
As part of the former couple’s longstanding divorce battle, which was granted on grounds of adultery and cruel treatment, Pulliam was also ordered to receive $3,007 a month in child support. But now, Hartwell is firing back in an attempt to get a new custody trial and deal.

In new court documents obtained by The @Blast, Hartwell accuses the judge of making several mistakes in last month’s decision to give his ex-primary custody. As a result, he believes he deserves a new trial.

As part of the initial judgment that won Pulliam primary custody, the judge noted that there was evidence that proved Hartwell had declined visitation on most of his scheduled dates. However, Hartwell says Pulliam is to blame for that.

In the new filing, Hartwell says
Pulliam denied him visitation and took the baby out of state on his scheduled dates. He says she even took her on the trip to support Bill Cosby in his first sexual assault trial.

In addition, Hartwell says the medication allegations made in the original case were taken as fact, but he says there has been no evidence to support the claims. Hartwell also says several people have testified about his parenting, so he believes he deserves at least joint custody of his daughter. Finally, he claims Pulliam makes $11,000 more than the amount the court based his child support payment on, so that needs to be changed as well.

The case is ongoing.
