Chris Bosh is done with his mother’s shenanigans and has filed new docs to set the record straight and settle the dispute once and for all.
In a response to Freida’s lawsuit against the former baller for trying to evict her from the house she claimed they built together and reneging on a promise to take care of her for the rest of her life, Bosh is standing ground on his decisions. In fact, he says if it weren’t for Freida’s recent run-in with the law, she’d still have the Texas home to herself.

If you recall, Bosh’s mother was arrested last year for allegedly exploiting a disabled person to collect money from the government. She was also wrapped up in a drug bust after allowing other people to reside in the home. Now, Bosh believes she brought this on herself.

“I learned from news media reports that my mother was arrested for exploitation of a disabled person and that other persons may be occupying [the house],” Bosh said in the legal docs obtained by The Blast. He claims he tried to get the woman out peacefully, but she refused, which prompted him to take the legal route.

Now, the NBA free agent is looking to have his mother’s lawsuit dismissed completely and for her to leave the Texas home.
