In the incident, which occurred on April 8th, the 32-year-old is accused of slamming a person into a wall after the altercation in the 600 block of North Robertson Boulevard. According to TMZ, the victim was hospitalized with major injuries, which included facial fractures, a broken tooth, and ribs, meanwhile, Davis roamed free until last month’s arrest.
He was later released on bail but has since been charged with felony assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury, which carries a possible seven-year sentence, if convicted.
