Just one week after #TreySongz was hit with a lawsuit for the injuries caused in his 2016 violent outburst, the singer has been slapped with another suit for another alleged attack.
In court docs obtained by TMZ, a woman says the singer flew into a violent rage after she and her cousin tried to take a picture of him after a night out on the town. In the incident, the Philadelphia woman says she bought tickets to meet Trey in the VIP area of Vanity Grand Cabaret. However, she says the singer was disrespectful all night, but things took a turn for the worse when the two tried to snap a pic in the parking lot of the club.
According to docs, the woman says Trey grabbed and twisted her arm and wrist after she tried to take the photo. She says the incident left her with depression and physical injuries that could leave her with “cosmetic disfigurement. Meanwhile, her cousin said the singer attacked her and slapped her phone out of her hand and onto her face, breaking her glasses.

As a result, the woman is suing for medical expenses and other damages, while her cousin, who filed her suit back in December, is suing the singer and the venue for Trey’s history of violence “and negative interactions with the public.”
