Just hours after LeSean McCoy was accused of brutally beating his longtime girlfriend, Delicia Cordon, new details about their relationship, or lack thereof, has surfaced.
In McCoy’s statement, where he denied the “totally baseless and offensive” allegations, the Buffalo Bills Running Back also said that he had not spoken to the alleged victim, or her best friend, in months.
As it turns out, the two have been at odds for some time now, as a result of McCoy’s recent lawsuit to evict Cordon from a home he owns.
Back in June, the baller asked for a judge’s order to force Cordon out of his Alpharetta, Georgia home.

In documents obtained by TMZ, McCoy said “Defendant is ex-girlfriend of owner/plaintiff and refuses to leave.” He also requested that his ex return all of his items that she had in her possession.

In Cordon’s defense, she revealed that the two had been considering jumping the broom, to the point where he gave her a “substantial gift,” on May 28, two days before he left for OTAs. She said when he left, she left for a graduation in Virginia. But, the following day, she saw, via the live security cam, that McCoy had hired some friends and family members to move her stuff out of the home without her knowledge. As a result, she called the police and saved her belongings. However, she also says her ex also cut off her electricity since then, which was the cherry on top of an already messy situation.

In the wake of the drama, the two parties were scheduled to meet in court, but it may be postponed due to a medical emergency with Cordon’s lawyer’s family, not to mention her own.
