On Wednesday, the Broward Sheriff’s Office announced that a second suspect in the murder of XXXTentacion is in custody.
According to TMZ, 22-year-old Michael Boatwright was arrested on July 5 on an unrelated drug charge, and then served with an arrest warrant for first degree murder five days later. ⠀
Officials say Boatwright is one of two gunmen involved in the murder and subsequent robbery of the Florida-bred rapper last month. However, detectives are still looking for the second gunman.
According to the Sun-Sentinel, officials are also still looking to speak with Robert Allen, who is a person of interest in the case. Sources say, they want to find out what he knows.
