On Wednesday, upon his return to the states, Tekashi69 was greeted by the NYPD, as officials enforced a warrant out of Houston.
According to TMZ, the Brooklyn-Bred rapper had just returned from his European tour when cops took him in for allegedly choking a 16-year-old at the Galleria Mall in January.
Apparently, 6ix9ine’s team had planned on addressing the warrant some time in the future, but it appears the NYPD beat them to the punch.

In the meantime, according to the publication, the rapper’s team believes cops were out of line for the extradition for a misdemeanor case.
