Things between Cardi B and Tasha K are far from settled, and now it’s back in court.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Cardi is asking a judge to issue sanctions against Tasha K, claiming the blogger has been skirting a non-disclosure agreement while still keeping Cardi, Offset, and Stefon Diggs in her content. The issue, Cardi says, is not direct naming but what she describes as calculated commentary that her audience can easily decode.
Cardi’s legal team, led by attorney Lisa Moore, argues that Tasha has been running what they call a “relentless course of conduct” aimed at provoking and targeting Cardi and her family. The claim paints a pattern. Posts go up, references are made, and once flagged by Cardi’s team, the content disappears. Then, according to the filing, it starts all over again in a slightly different form.
That cycle is exactly what Cardi says she’s done entertaining. She reportedly told the court she’s exhausted by what she calls a “cat and mouse” game, where enforcement turns into a constant chase instead of a clear boundary.
This latest move adds another layer to a legal battle that’s already been expensive and public. Tasha K was previously ordered to pay Cardi millions in damages following a defamation case, a ruling that sent a message across the blogging and influencer space. But now, Cardi’s filing suggests that even after that judgment, the tension never really left, it just evolved.
The core of Cardi’s argument is intent. She believes the posts are designed to say just enough without saying everything, allowing plausible deniability while still triggering conversation among followers who already know the backstory. And with an audience in the millions, Cardi’s team argues that even indirect references carry weight.
