Drew Sidora is being ordered out of her own home as a judge hands down a decision that also reshapes custody in her ongoing divorce from Ralph Pittman.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Sidora must vacate the Georgia home she once shared with Pittman by May 31. The ruling comes as part of their still-active divorce proceedings, with the judge citing the “current financial circumstances of the parties” in the decision. Until she leaves, both Sidora and Pittman are required to continue splitting household expenses.
At the same time, the custody arrangement has taken a notable turn. Pittman has been awarded primary physical custody of their children during the school year, while Sidora will have parenting time on alternating weekends beginning in August. The two will maintain joint legal custody.
The custody shift appears tied to concerns raised about the children’s school attendance while in Sidora’s care. That issue surfaced during court proceedings and ultimately factored into the judge’s ruling, especially given that Sidora previously held primary custody. The living situation inside the home had already been unconventional. Pittman has reportedly been staying in the basement, but under the current order, he is permitted to access the main areas of the house to help get the children ready for school.
Sidora’s team, however, is making it clear this ruling is not the final word. A representative for the actress and reality star stated, “This matter is still being actively litigated, and is in the middle of the final trial. The Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case.”
The latest court decision adds another layer to a split that has been tense since March 2023, when both parties filed for divorce. Sidora previously alleged “continued blatant disrespect and mental abuse” during the marriage and also accused Pittman of infidelity in earlier filings.
While much of their relationship drama has played out on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” the legal battle continues to unfold in real time. And with the divorce still not finalized, this latest ruling may not be the last twist in their case.
