During a congressional hearing, Kash Patel faced one of the most anticipated questions of the day: whether Jeffrey Epstein’s files contain evidence that he trafficked victims to other individuals. Patel’s response was blunt and left no room for speculation. He told lawmakers there is “no credible information. None.”

Patel explained that if the files had evidence Epstein trafficked others, charges would have already been brought. “If there were, I would bring the case yesterday,” he said, making it clear that investigators reviewed the case materials and found no proof of additional individuals being directly implicated. He added that the information in the files is limited, and the answer, based on what exists in the case file, is simply “no one.”
Many remain skeptical, questioning whether all the information has been released or whether details remain hidden. Patel, however, made it clear that according to the files currently available, there is no evidence of trafficking to others.
