Police gave an Idaho mother five days to bring her two missing kids to them, and still, the children are missing as of Thursday.
As Baller Alert previously reported, #LoriVallow’s two children, Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, and Tylee Ryan, 17, have been missing since September. Authorities found Vallow and her new husband, Chad Daybell, in Hawaii, but the children were nowhere to be found. Authorities have now launched an investigation into the disappearance of the children as well as reopening the cases of the multiple deaths connected to the couple.
Back in July, Vallow and her former husband, Charles Vallow, traveled from Arizona to Texas to visit Lori and their children. When Charles arrived, the estranged couple got into a heated argument that ended with Vallow’s brother, Alex Cox, killing Charles. Cox has since died, and police are waiting on the results of his autopsy to determine a cause of death, USA Today reports.
What Vallow and Daybell have in common is that both of their spouses are now deceased. Daybell’s last wife, Tammy, died in October from what the family says was “natural causes,” but police have analyzed her remains for more details. So far, their findings have not been released. After family members expressed concern about the children’s well-being, Rexburg, Idaho police paid a welfare check visit to Vallow’s home on Nov. 26. When police arrived, the couple lied to the police, saying the children were in Arizona visiting family. But police quickly discovered Vallow’s lie and returned the next day only to find that the couple had “abruptly vacated.” Vallow never reported the children as missing.
Vallow’s family claims that the woman is into unusual religious beliefs and that she believes “a god assigned to carry out the work of the 144,000 at Christ’s second coming in July 2020,” according to divorce documents Charles Vallow filed before his death.
