A $22.5 million condo is on the market in Miami, but more impressive than the unit itself is the amenities it comes with.
The luxury condo sits on the 48th floor of the Turnberry Ocean Club Residences. It boasts 6,200 square feet, four bedrooms, and five and a half bathrooms. Unit 4803 is also being offered with a 250-square-foot cabana valued at around $1.2 million with fantastic ocean views.
The building sits between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, enjoying two different waterfront views.
If all that sounds nice, it’s nothing compared to the extras that residents are entitled to across six levels and spill over to the Turnberry Isle Country Club. The 30th floor has two cantilevered pools with outdoor living rooms and a juice and smoothie bar.
The 31st floor offers a full-service spa with both indoor and outdoor fitness areas, locker rooms, steam showers, and a sauna.
The 32nd floor has an area for the resident dogs to relieve themselves, in addition to the dog area on the ground floor. For the humans, the floor offers a sunset lounge complete with a wine vault, indoor dining, a full catering kitchen, and a lounge area.
Residents also get a membership to the Turnberry Isle Country Club. The 300-acre property includes world-class golfing and a water park.
The condo’s amenity-laden residency also allows access to Fontainebleau Aviation, which is a full-service operation at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. Turnberry residents are said to receive “VIP privileges.”
And if boats are more your thing, never fear; you can dock a yacht up to 180 feet long at the Turnberry Marina.
“Sunny Isles Beach is the epicenter of ultra-luxury branded developments, and with all the competition, they have to differentiate with extraordinary amenities and unique brands to command a premium,” real estate broker Senada Adzem told CNBC.
