Halloween is right around the corner and some like to wait last minute to figure out what they will be.
Now, if you have exhausted all of your options, then find peace in knowing it’s not too late. With the power of social media, it’s almost always easy to get a last-minute outfit ASAP, whether you have Spirit Halloween near you or a bunch of clothes you don’t mind experimenting with. Check out the list below for some last-minute costume ideas.
Literally…Boo!
“Boo” is probably one of the easiest costumes you can commit to or simplify. Whether DIYing a plain white tee with the letters “Boo” or putting a sheet overhead, the costume is quick and, if you really need it, very cheap.
Barbie/Bratz doll
We all love trends, so those chunky black boots or chunky heels in your closet scream Mattel, please. It’s pretty easy to be a barbie or Bratz doll. If you want to be a Bratz doll, overline the lips and put some dramatic lashes on, then draw a mole…somewhere on the face. If you want to be barbie…literally get anything pink and mini purse.
Catwoman
Catwoman is so easy because all you need is black and black boots. If you have the extra time, run to Spirit Halloween for a tail and mask..or get creative and draw it with makeup, it can be so easy, honestly!
TV Characters (Euphoria)
Euphoria has had such a year. If you’re obsessed with the show, try being any of the characters, without culture appropriation, of course. If you want to be a Rue, get an oversized hoodie with some converses and eyedrops to make your eyes look overly glossy.
If you want to be Maddy get the most stylish together, put a nice 90s hairstyle together, and don’t forget a brown lip– you got options! To be Cass, take advantage of the lash glue in your makeup kit and get some rhinestones to glue to your face.
Gatsby Girl or 80s Girl
Finally, a flapper or disco girl may be the hardest to pull together, but if you have a well-rounded array of clothes, there should be something in there with sequins. Most importantly, focus on the hair and the red lip to be a flapper girl. Deep waves are the move.
While if you want to be a disco girl, stop by your Target or Walmart and get some tights and a bright one-piece swimsuit to pair a quick outfit. Hair is also the most important accessory here, go big or go home!
