50 Cent Denies Kicking His Baby Mama Daphne Joy

Queens rapper 50 Cent maintains his innocence that he did not kick the mother of his second child earlier this week. As we’ve previously reported. 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, was accused of attacking his ex-girlfriend and baby mama Daphne Joy then destroying her home. 50 Cent’s lawyers released a statement this morning, “Curtis Jackson denies these allegations as made against him. It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest.”

50 Cent was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and 4 counts of misdemeanor vandalism but is adamant that not only is he innocent, but that he’s not going to jail any time soon. 50 is due back in court for arraignment on July 22. He faces a possible five years in jail.
