50 Cent is expanding his presence in Shreveport, Louisiana, with plans to build a new venue called the G-Dome.
This project follows the establishment of his G-Unit Studios in the city and reflects his commitment to growing his entertainment ventures there.
The G-Dome is intended to be a permanent arena inspired by the Las Vegas Sphere. While the concept has been confirmed, further details regarding its design, capacity, and opening date have not yet been released.
City officials and local government committees have shown support for the expansion. Their backing highlights the potential benefits the projects could bring to Shreveport’s economy and tourism sector.
Orville Hall, G-Unit’s Growth Advisor, laid out 50’s vision during a Caddo Parish commissioners meeting this week.
“This one will be a structure, a permanent structure. And to add to it, Curtis is adding a beautiful green park around it so that people can use during the day if they are having lunch downtown or visitors. Because what Curtis knows he can do for this city is that it will become a seven-day tourist destination,” Hall shared.
The rapper also teased the G-Dome on his Instagram.

Although specific plans have not been made public, the studio is expected to draw visitors and serve as a cultural and entertainment hub for the city.
